Job Title: Traveling Superintendent
Location: Must live in South Dakota, North Dakota or Minnesota
Pay Rate: $95K-$130K + Bonus + GSA Rate Per Diem

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee our federal government and commercial construction projects in the Dakotas. The ideal candidate will ensure that construction operations run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to timelines, budgets, and safety standards. This role requires weekly travel Monday through Thursday to various job sites within the Dakotas with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure project goals are met.
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to management, identifying any potential delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control effectively.
Conduct regular inspections to enforce quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction site supervision, with a strong track record of successful project management.
Willingness to travel weekly within the Dakotas for construction site oversight.
Knowledge of commercial construction practices is a plus.
Experience with federal government contracts is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
