Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Preconstruction Services/Estimating: Analyze proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
  • Project Management: Develop project budgets and estimates, oversee project scheduling, financial management, administration, and closeout.
  • Business Development: Engage in strategy meetings with the BD Manager, Denver Executive, Ownership, etc.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Project Acquisition: Secure new projects and establish new relationships.
  • Team Management: Supervise office and field staff, plan, assign, and direct work to project teams.
  • Operations Management: Collaborate with the Denver Executive to manage Denver operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years managing major tenant improvement projects in the Denver Metro area.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred; or 10+ years' experience in Colorado commercial construction.
  • Network: Strong network of local clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Skills: Proficiency in various commercial interior construction project types including office, high-tech, flex space, retail, workplace, biotech, industrial, etc.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated history of effective leadership and strategic direction.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
