Job Title: Tax Supervisor
Location: Remote Flexibility Across the U.S. (Preference for California-based professionals)
Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 base + annual bonuses
We're working with a well-established public accounting firm that's been in business for over 60 years and is ranked among the Top 200 CPA Firms in the U.S.. The firm has 100+ employees nationwide and serves clients in industries such as real estate, construction, non-profit, and professional services.
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join their team. This opportunity offers full remote flexibility (with a preference for those located in California), a collaborative culture, and a benefits package that goes far beyond industry norms.
Review and prepare a wide range of returns including corporate, partnership, fiduciary, individual, and multi-state
Support client engagements from planning to completion
Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants
Maintain strong client communication and relationship management
Assist with tax research and planning as needed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 4-5 years of public accounting and tax experience
Experience with multiple types of returns (corporate, partnership, individual, fiduciary, multi-state)
Strong communication and organizational skills
CPA license (or actively pursuing, with at least one section passed)
Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting
Base salary of $90,000-$125,000 + annual performance bonuses
Fully remote flexibility with firm-provided equipment
