Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent who will be responsible for overseeing all repair/reconstruction activities on our multi-family projects. The main objective of this position is to ensure that all construction work is carried out efficiently, within budget and to meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage all construction activities, including scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with building codes and regulations.
Inspect work and ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
Provide regular progress reports to the project management team.
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times on site.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in multi-family construction.
Extensive experience in repair, remodel, structural repairs, renovation, foundation repair, roofing and utility construction.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
