The Superintendent position is an integral part of the construction process. The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-site management of the construction process and ensuring that proper safety and quality standards are met. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual with experience in the healthcare, hospital, cancer center, restaurant or retail industries.
Position Overview: The Superintendent will manage and oversee the construction process for one job at a time from start to finish to ensure all safety and quality standards are met. They will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, suppliers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time.
