What You Will Be Doing
- New Construction Projects & Renovations in Virginia/Maryland
- Managing Job Site Crews & Enforcing Safety Requirements
- Leading the Project From Start to Finish
- Working With the Project Management Team to Ensure Project Performs & Meets Deadlines, Costs, etc.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years Superintendent Experience - Required
- 10+ years Construction Experience - Required
- OSHA 30 - Required
- Experience Working Commercial/Multi-Family/Industrial/Government Construction Projects - More Than 1 Type Preferred
