Because of our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager or Director to join our team.
This individual will be pivotal in influencing the delivery of tax guidance to clients through our team of financial advisors. A key to this position's success will be the integration of wealth management and tax advisory and compliance services.
As the Sr. Manager or Director, the position will require strategic thought on practice evolution, a strong orientation and stewardship of product quality control, and an unwavering mantra of full execution on service deliverables

Responsibility
- Deliver or direct comprehensive tax planning services including review, preparation, and filing for individuals and businesses including corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and others.
- As necessary, to adequately meet and exceed region-leading client service demand, build, and lead a tax preparation team of full and/or part-time dedicated resources, inclusive of rotating in eligible on-staff Associate Advisors, while deftly cultivating essential tax knowledge and service delivery team skills.
- Routinely consult with on-staff Investment Advisors to review clients' tax situations and share advice on tax planning
opportunities.
- Join Advisors in virtual or face-to-face client meetings, as requested, where opportunities to support education on dealing with complicated or advantageous strategies may exist.
- Collaborate and participate in wealth management business development opportunities.
- Organize and routinely deliver content internally, such as common scenario strategies, new or pending legislation impact, guidance for responding to frequently asked questions and other hot topics, with an ongoing goal of enhancing the overall skills and knowledge of our Advisors.
