Position: Regional Property Manager
Territory: Chicago/Milwaukee
Compensation: Base: $80K-$110K + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance

Position Overview
The Regional Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of Tax Credit/HUD properties, ensuring operational efficiency, high occupancy rates, and adherence to all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will lead a team of property managers, fostering a positive environment while optimizing the performance of the properties under their management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties within the region.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve property performance goals and maximize occupancy rates.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8.
Train, mentor, and manage property managers to enhance team performance and encourage professional development.
Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for each property.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and local authorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site role.
Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 programs and regulations.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
