Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within the multifamily, retail, and real estate development sectors.
Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
PMP certification is preferred.
