We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and organized Production Manager to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or related field) and have extensive knowledge in refining, specialty chemicals manufacturing, production engineering, process engineering, production supervision, and reliability engineering. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production operations, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements. The position requires strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
