We are looking for an experienced, capable, and certified PE PLC Automation Engineer with a strong technical engineering background specializing in process control/automation design and development, combined with hands on experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in engineering development, team support, technical management, project coordinator and full cycle project management as well as strong troubleshooting skills. The candidate must possess the ability to manage and maintain all aspects of the automation equipment in the canning facility, manage projects for new machine installations, conduct extensive troubleshooting, look for areas of improvement, identify bottlenecks, provide solution, support with preventive and predictive maintenance, create initiatives to make the manufacturing more cost effective and present projects to upper management for approval. Oversee all areas of automation and process engineering for the facility.
