General Manager - Industrial Manufacturing (Aerospace/DOD, Specialty Metal Products)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
We need a SOLID site/plant GENERAL MANAGER for our location on the eastern edge of Las Vegas, to take on a key leadership role, responsible for day to day, and strategic decision making, responsible for full site P&L responsibilities and strong team/project management skills both with local/site managers and between our other sites across the country.
PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE and there will be regular travel upwards of 25%, give or take.

Position Overview: The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of our industrial manufacturing facility in Las Vegas, on the Eastern Side of town.
This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in manufacturing, supply chain management, and team leadership.
The General Manager will ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement to meet the company's goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, increase productivity, and drive business growth.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience with AEROSPACE, Defense Manufacturing customers, DOD regulations, all are a must have.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience with FULL P&L plant responsibility.
MUST BE ITAR ELIGIBLE
Strong knowledge of supply chain management and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving business goals.
Experience in the aerospace and defense industries is highly desirable.
