Our company is a small, high technology company specializing in RF Photonic devices, components, and systems, with a particular focus on the millimeter wave (mmW) region of the electromagnetic spectrum. We produce high quality and high-performance RF Photonic devices, components, and systems. Applications include millimeter wave imaging and wireless communications systems such as 5G/B5G Cellular, Communications, Radar and Vision Enhancement markets.

We are looking for a nanofabrication engineer who will be trained to use and support state-of-the-art semiconductor processing and fabrication equipment. Individuals will work with experienced engineers to develop and run custom processes on production equipment, while using process monitoring metrics and maintenance routines to help maintain high-yield production of photonic devices. The candidate must have a good professional discipline to follow detailed specifications, attention to detail, and organization skills. Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree in a scientific technical field and be familiar with laboratory work environments, high precision equipment, chemicals, and high-vacuum systems. The ideal candidate would have experience with wafer-scale processing techniques and associated equipment, such as: photolithography, thin-film physical vapor deposition (PVD), electroplating, reactive ion etching (RIE), ellipsometry and profilometry tools.
