Job Title: Mechanical/Plumbing Estimator
Location: Upper Marlboro, MD
Pay: $100k-$125k base + bonus

What you will be doing:
Full cycle estimating of Mechanical and Plumbing/HVAC projects including take off and putting the final estimate/proposal together for submission to the customer.
Project sizes will range from $100k-$25 million.
Comply with safety requirements while actively promoting a positive and safe culture.
Review previous customer projects, similar projects from other customers in the market, labor costs, along with other costs specifics to the projects.
Update costs as necessary based on new information and project scope.
Collect/analyze project costs, including raw materials, labor, equipment and tooling to ensure accuracy.
Required:
5+ years as a construction estimator
Strong background in mechanical, plumbing/HVAC
