Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Compensation: $130k-$150k/yr base salary + 10% bonus EoY for hitting required billables (160 hours/month. 1920 hours/year).
Location: Austin, TX (this role is primarily onsite with some hybrid options).
Required Experience: At least 4 years of civil litigation experience in Insurance Defense. Other desired experience is Premises Liability, Construction Defect, Public Entity Defense, Employment Law, and Transportation.
We are an exciting, Texas-based Law firm that needs to hire due to growth. We are seeking a Litigation Associate to work out of our Austin office in the Insurance Defense/General Liability Practice. We are seeking candidates with over 4 years of experience in litigating these fields on the defense side.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil litigation and a strong background in insurance defense, with a focus on construction defect cases, premises liability, employment law, transportation, and public entity defense. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent advocacy skills and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
