Role Description
This is a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney role with flexibility for some remote work. As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to civil litigation defense. This includes drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, participating in court proceedings, preparing for and attending trials, and conducting depositions. The role requires excellent legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex litigation matters.
Qualifications
-2+ years of experience
-Experience with drafting motions and legal documents
-Familiarity with court procedures and rules
-Ability to prepare for and participate in trials
-Experience conducting depositions
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong analytical and research skills
-Detail-oriented and able to handle complex litigation matters
-State Bar license to practice law in California, Oregon, or Arizona
-Prior experience in civil litigation defense is a plus
