An insurance recovery attorney is responsible for representing clients in recovering insurance proceeds for various types of insurance coverage. This role involves working with clients to understand their insurance policies, evaluating their coverage and potential claims, and advocating for their rights in claims disputes. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in business and commercial litigation, as well as experience in insurance recovery law.
