Due to growth, we're seeking a General Litigation Attorney to join our team! Must have 2+ years of Civil Litigation experience and have strong written and communication skills. Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. The ideal candidate has an admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission.

What You Will Be Doing
1.) Provide legal advice, handle administrative law matters, conduct legal research, and represent clients in various civil litigation areas of the firm's practice (real property, construction law, commercial, & contracts)
2.) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal procedures, court rulings, and other legal developments.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills:
1.) 2+ years of experience as an Attorney handling Civil Litigation matters
2.) Proficient in legal research and document preparation
3.) Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
4.) Admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission
