Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of equipment and systems, particularly in air compressor, pneumatics, and hydraulics. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure equipment at customer sites
Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Provide technical support and training to customers
Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve customer issues
Manage inventory of parts and tools needed for field service tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Extensive experience with air compressors
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and travel to various job sites
Strong communication and customer service skills
