Controller
The Controller is a vital member of our finance team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP, close process, POC revenue recognition, internal controls, and risk management. They should also possess excellent leadership skills, be able to mentor and train team members, and provide effective performance evaluations and feedback.
Position Overview
The Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, implementing and monitoring internal controls, and providing timely and accurate financial reporting. The Controller will also lead a team and be responsible for training and mentoring team members to ensure their success.
