We are a site work civil contractor specializing in dirt work and site utilities in the greater Houston area. We handle small to large and difficult projects. Due to demand and growth for our services, we are looking to add a civil estimator to the team!
This is NOT a (remote) or (hybrid) position. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

-Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and commercial construction projects, including site work, earthwork, and building
-Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
-Research and source materials and labor costs
-Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines
-Continuously monitor project progress and update estimates as needed
-Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure compliance with project specification
- No less than 3 years of experience estimating earthwork and underground utilities - water, sanitary sewer, and storm on private or public projects
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Experience with dirt work and/or wet utilities
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with estimating softwares: HCSS, Heavy Bid, Agtek, Excel
- Project fiscal responsibility
- Strong oversight abilities
- Competitive base salary $90-130k+ based off experience
