Position: Audit Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join our team in Boise, Idaho. As an Audit Manager, you will take a leadership role in ensuring high-quality audit engagements, mentoring team members, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our firm.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards.
Review and analyze financial statements, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
Lead and mentor audit staff, fostering professional development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through authentic and responsive communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
