Real Estate & Construction Litigation
Oil & Gas Litigation
Aviation & Aerospace Litigation
Business & Securities Fraud Litigation
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in state and federal courts through all phases of litigation
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments in assigned practice areas
Manage multiple cases efficiently with a high level of organization and attention to detail
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing
2-5 years of litigation experience preferred; judicial clerkship experience a plus
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in one or more of the firm's core practice areas is strongly preferred
