Civil Litigation Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly in matters related to foreclosures and property rights. This role focuses on representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and providing legal counsel in compliance with Florida Bar regulations.

Vacation - 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 10 years - does not roll over
Sick time - 5 sick days per year, after completion of Probationary Period. - unused paid out on anniversary date
Holidays - New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Day After, Christmas Day, plus 1 Floating Holiday (a legitimate holiday, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, or a major religious observance or birthday; eligible after Probationary Period).
401k safe Harbor Contribution Eligibility: First of month following 1 year. Employee Deferrals: 2% to 20% of compensation.
Supplemental Benefits - Eligibility: 1st of month following employment. Voluntary insurance with options of disability, supplemental life, accident, hospital confinement and cancer and critical illness insurance.
